Matthew 6:31-33 (NLT) says, "Your heavenly father already knows all your needs, and He will give you all you need from day to day if you live for Him and make the Kingdom of God your primary concern."
All of the promises in God's Word are true. God is perfect, without sin. If His promises were not all true then He would not be perfect. God answers all prayer -- perhaps not in the way or time we expected -- but He does answer all prayer.
Many of you have joined with us in long months of praying for God to provide a location for Plant Today where we can expand the ministry. We need a place where we can: better coordinate efforts in Guatemala, offer hospitality to our partners and those in need, hold gatherings so the families of those with special needs can meet and support one another, and live on the premises so the entire ministry can grow
Just yesterday we were informed that Plant Today has been offered 10 acres with a 19 stall barn and a three bedroom house at a very reduced monthly rent. The property was developed years ago as a horse training facility and fits perfectly with our need today.
On January 1, we will begin to occupy this facility and soon after we will have an open house so you can come and help us celebrate God's wonderful gift!
Though this will create more physical demands on Diane and me, we are ready -- we are ready for what God has next for the ministry of Plant Today and can hardly wait to begin! Continue to pray for us as we lead the ministry in His perfect will and direction, that we will be good stewards of the resources and opportunities He has given us to serve.
We will give you more information and details as we approach January 1. Thank you so much for your faithful support as we transition into this new, expanded phase, whether it be your prayers, your physical labor, and/or your financial gifts. A growth surge like this can come about only through the commitment of those such as you who have been touched by God to be part of this ministry!
